I can’t recommend him enough. I came to him during a really difficult time when I was struggling with a deep depression, and after three months I genuinely felt like I had found my way out of a really dark place. Every session was powerful and incredibly helpful. He made me feel heard, understood, and gave me tools and perspective that actually helped. I’m incredibly grateful for the support he gave me.

I’ve been working with Miles for the past 2 months and every time I leave our sessions I feel inspired, excited, and most importantly equipped to tackle the various challenges which arise throughout my journey. Miles is incredibly caring and passionate about helping me, and so many others, reach my goals. Every session, we are continually building towards my next level through tangible tools and nuggets of gold. He meets you where you are and helps to find what works best for you! He is truly one of the best coaches, mentors and performance coaches that I have worked with during my whole career. I can’t recommend him enough! Miles significantly enhanced my game in ways I did not know existed. I found learning about the alpha state particularly valuable, as it greatly improved my mental preparation before games. The most beneficial was understanding nasal breathing techniques, which helped me lower my heart rate after a long shift, allowing me to feel more recovered and ready for the next one.

I like Miles’ breath work because it helps me center myself and manage stress more effectively. It’s a simple yet powerful tool for improving focus and calming my mind. By paying attention to my breathing, I can better connect with my body and find a sense of balance and relaxation that makes a real difference in my overall performance and well being.

I found the breathing exercises Miles would take us through was very beneficial on and off the ice. For me, I generally have trouble gearing down after games but working with him through breathing exercises really helped me with that. I think it’s underestimated how powerful it is to focus on breathing and its ability to help your body recover. Miles showed us all how positive it can be for mental and physical health. Lastly, I found that Miles’ understanding and knowledge of what he teaches is phenomenal and would help anyone in their professional and daily life.

I actually was trying to apply his tactics during my last couple games this season and it felt like I was able to recover more between shifts and really calm myself down and focus during the intermissions. I’m excited to continue to experiment with it and see how it can help improve not only my game but my day to day life.

Miles gave me a clear understanding of how much an impact our breath can have on mood and energy. Felt like my warmups and cool downs were far more effective when I practiced his breathing techniques!

I’ve been using what Miles taught us, it’s so helpful. I’ve been using it in the gym and the ice and it’s a game changer, I am getting less tired. It was great experiencing the breathing technique with having a lot of impact on my performance.

Breathwork has helped my athletes tremendously with staying focused during tough competition. If they’ve had a bad throw or are feeling a bit off, I remind them of the practice that Miles taught them and they’re ready to get back out there.

Our team recently had the opportunity to work with Miles Bolden. The experience was truly transformative. Miles was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in guiding my team through the breathing exercises, and we could feel the benefits of the practice almost immediately. Not only did our team feel more relaxed and centered, but we also experienced a heightened sense of clarity and awareness. The breath work helped us release some deeply-held work stress that we didn’t even realize we carry.
