About

I’m here to help

I am a coach, friend, and student. I have more than 20 years of experience working with people across the full spectrum: everyday individuals working through life, collegiate and professional athletes, and coaches.

My coaching career includes working at Harvard University and the University of Miami, alongside experience in high-performance environments and with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

I hold a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, combining a deep understanding of the human body with a broader approach to personal development, mental performance, and well-being.

My work extends well beyond physical training. I teach meditation and breathwork, having studied meditation instruction through dedicated courses and completed multiple silent meditation retreats. I incorporate these practices alongside conversation, mindset coaching, emotional support, and practical guidance to help people navigate both performance and everyday life.

My approach is simple: understand the whole person, meet them where they are, and help them move toward where they want to be.
